2. Comprador envia LOI assinada

2.1 Envia junto com a LOI o CIS completo e foto do Passaporte colorido.

3. Fornecedor envia uma FCO juntamente com o código SWIFT para o pagador
Supplier sends FCO along with the SWIFT code to the payer
4. Após FCO ser recepcionada o comprador COMPROVARÁ TER CAPACIDADE
FINANCEIRA para honrar com os doze meses de contrato, POR MEIO DE UMA
RWA.
After the FCO is received, the buyer WILL PROVE IT HAS FINANCIAL CAPACITY to
honor the twelve months of the contract, THROUGH A
RWA.
5. Vendedor e office bancário fazem o Complice e abrem coordenadas para que o
comprador possa fazer uma nova comprovação financeira por meio de uma MT
799 (Banco a Banco)

7. Trade envia SPA assinada com os dados dos Mineradores donos do Ouro.

7.1 Comprador faz Duo-diligência (Trade, e das Mineradoras Donas do Metal)

7.2 Comprador Assina SPA e NCDA (comissões)

8. Forma de pagamento e Movimentação do Comprador
Payment method and Buyer Transaction
8.1 O pagamento será por meio de um Swift simples MT 103 (Conhecido
como transferência simples TT, TED ou PIX),
Payment will be via a simple Swift MT 103 (known as a simple TT, TED or PIX
transfer),
8.2 O pagamento só será feito após comprovação do ouro dentro de uma
casa de custódia ou uma de refinaria que o comprador indicar!
Payment will only be made after proof of the gold inside a custody house or a refinery housethat the buyer indicates!
8.2.1 O custo com o segundo refino e a casa de custódia será por
conta do comprador The cost of the second refinement and the
custody house will be borne by the buyer.
8.3 O prazo de logística gira em torno de 20 dias independente de qual país
será entregue.
The logistics period is around 20 days regardless of which country it will be delivered.
8.3.1 Após conferencia do material em relação a quantidade e
qualidade, o comprador faz a transferência e recebe os
documentos do ouro

8.3.2 Será feito transferência de titularidade do metal e entregue o
Documento de Transferência de Titularidade juntamente com
todos os outros documentos que acompanha a entrega do
metal: LO (Laudo de Origem), LR (Análise e Refino) e SKR
The transfer of ownership of the metal will be made and the Document ofTransfer of Ownership will be delivered together with all the other documentsthat accompany the delivery of the metal: LO (Report of Origin), LR (Analysis andRefining) and SKR
8.4 Após trinta dias será feito a segunda entrega, e assim sucessivamente,
com o mesmo período entre uma entrega e outra.
After thirty days, the second delivery will be made, and so on, with the same
period between one delivery and another.
9. Poderá ser solicitado nova comprovação financeira a cada período de três ou
quatro meses
New financial evidence may be requested every three or four months
Obs: O metal será entregue em qualquer casa de custódia que o cliente preferir.
